How does the translation work?
We utilize state-of-the-art Artificial Intelligence, specifically advanced neural machine translation models. These models analyze the context and nuances of the input (voice or text) and generate the most accurate and natural-sounding translation possible in the target language, all in near real-time.

What languages does Exotalk support?

Does it translate voice calls?
Yes! Exotalk supports real-time voice translation. Speak naturally, and the recipient will hear the translation. They can then speak back in their language, and you'll hear the translation.
Can I use Exotalk on different devices?
Absolutely. Exotalk is designed to work seamlessly across multiple platforms, including web browsers (desktop and mobile), and dedicated desktop applications (coming soon).
Is there a limit on participants in a chat?
The 'Starter' plan has a limit of 3 participants per chat room. The 'Pro' plan allows unlimited participants in chat rooms.

The Pro plan is billed monthly via the payment method you provide during signup (processed securely by Stripe). Your subscription automatically renews each month unless you cancel it beforehand via your account settings.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are typically issued.
